7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email for international orders. For same-day deliveries in England and Wales, live tracking will be sent via WhatsApp. You can track your shipment on our website or through the carrier’s tracking system.
8. Delivery Issues
- Missing or Lost Orders: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage for resolution.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 1 day to arrange for a replacement or return.

Subscription Policy

Our subscription service offers flexible and cost-effective solutions for your transportation needs. For a monthly fee, you can access a dedicated driver and vehicle for your logistics requirements.
3. Subscription Plan
- Monthly Fee: £300+
- Service Included: One driver and vehicle
- Mileage Coverage: Up to 200 miles per month. Minimum 50 miles within East Midlands and 100 miles in West Midlands. All other areas will have to cover 200 miles in a single day.
- Excess Mileage Charges: Any mileage beyond the 200-mile limit will incur additional charges subject to the subscription discount rate.
4. Additional Charges
- Excess Mileage Fee: See Appendix A for per-mile charges for any distance traveled beyond the 200-mile limit on the day of service. This fee will be added to your monthly subscription invoice.
5. Booking and Scheduling
- Advance Notice: To schedule a driver, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, subject to availability.
- Availability: Drivers are available during standard business hours from 8am to 6pm. Additional charges may apply for services outside these hours.
6. Usage Limits
- Daily Use: The driver and vehicle are available for up to 8 hours per day. Extended usage beyond this period may incur additional fees.
- Service Area: The subscription service covers areas within West and East Midlands. Services outside this area may require additional charges or may not be available.
- Restrictions: This subscription is not intended for large-scale house removals or labor-intensive tasks. Additional fees will apply for such services, and labor is not included.
7. Payment Terms
- Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. The first payment is due upon subscription sign-up.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via [Payment Methods, e.g., credit card, bank transfer].
- Late Payments: A late fee of £25 will be applied to overdue accounts. Continued non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of the subscription and legal action.
8. Cancellation and Refunds

- Refunds: No refunds will be provided for unused days within the billing cycle. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

a. Provide vehicles and personnel necessary to perform the services.
b. Ensure all personnel are appropriately trained and licensed.
c. Maintain insurance coverage as required by law.
d. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Responsibilities of the Client:
a. Provide accurate and complete information regarding the items to be delivered.
b. Ensure items are properly packaged for transportation.
c. Provide access to premises for collection and delivery as necessary.
d. Promptly notify Withey Logistics of any changes to delivery requirements.

3. Subscription Plan
- Monthly Fee: £300

Delivery Failure Policy
we strive to ensure that all deliveries and pickups are completed successfully. However, in the event of a delivery or pickup failure, the following policy will apply:
1. Delivery and Pickup Failure Charge
- Failure Fee: A £25 charge will be applied for all instances of delivery or pickup failure. This fee covers the additional costs incurred due to the failed attempt.
2. Handling Failed Deliveries
- Redirection: In the event of a failed delivery, the package will be redirected back to the sender. This is to ensure the safe return of the shipment and to maintain the integrity of our service.
3. Alternative Arrangements
- Door Delivery Agreement: If the sender agrees, the delivery may be left at the door. To do so, a signed agreement from the sender is required, authorizing us to leave the package unattended at the specified location. This option is available only if explicitly agreed upon and documented.
4. Rescheduling Deliveries
- Reattempts: For failed deliveries, please contact our customer service team to arrange a reattempt. The £25 failure charge will apply, and any additional delivery fees will be communicated prior to rescheduling.

Legal Disclaimer and Notices
1. Limitation of Liability
WitheyLogistic and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the Services. This includes any issues arising from the subscription service, excess mileage charges, or any cancellation or refund matters.
2. Force Majeure
WitheyLogistic will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside the reasonable control of WitheyLogistic, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
3. Governing Law
This Agreement and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
4. Severability
In the event that any provision of this Agreement is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from this Agreement. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
5. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WitheyLogistic regarding the use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements between you and WitheyLogistic relating to your use of the Services.
6. Changes to Terms
WitheyLogistic reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WitheyLogistic and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable solicitor’s fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
8. Confidentiality
You agree not to disclose any confidential information received from WitheyLogistic to any third party. Confidential information includes any materials or information marked confidential, as well as any information that a reasonable person would consider confidential.
9. User Data
By using our Services, you agree that WitheyLogistic may collect and use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. WitheyLogistic will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information.
10. Service Availability
WitheyLogistic does not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance or unanticipated system failures may affect the availability of the Services.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and icons are the property of WitheyLogistic or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, service mark, logo, or trade name of WitheyLogistic.
12. Termination
WitheyLogistic reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
13. Electronic Communications
By using our Services, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us. These communications may include notices about your account and information concerning or related to the Service. You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications that we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such communications be in writing.
14. Subscription and Contractual Obligations
- 12-Month Contract: By subscribing, you agree to a 12-month contract. If you cancel within 14 days of sign-up and have not used any services, you are eligible for a full refund. If services have been used, no refund will be provided.
- Post-14-Day Cancellation: After 14 days, if you wish to cancel, you must pay the outstanding balance of the contract.
- Auto-Renewal: At the end of the 12-month term, the subscription will automatically renew for another 12 months unless cancelled. To avoid automatic renewal, you must provide written notice within 14 days before the end of the current contract term.
